What counts as a message?
Every message your customer receives on his/her WhatsApp count as a message. This includes text, photo, video, and attachment. Typing and recording animation are not counted as message.
Do you offer any trial period?
Yes. When you connect your WhatsApp account to a bot for the first time, it will start with a 7 days trial.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period, but will not be renewed. See our full refund policy here.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill. For more information, see this article.
Do you offer any discount?

When do I get billed?

I have more than 1 WhatsApp number. How many subscriptions do I need?
Our subscription charges on a per WhatsApp number basis, this means that for every number you wish to link, you'd have to subscribe separately.
