This Privacy Policy describes how ChatMamba collects, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to the information.

When we refer to “ChatMamba”, we mean ChatMamba Trading, a company registered in Malaysia with a registered address of D'Zone Condominium, Changkat Bukit Belah, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. ("ChatMamba", "we", "us", "our").

Applicability Of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to you if you:

  • interact with any of ChatMamba's websites (including www.chatmamba.com and www.home.chatmamba.com) or our social media pages (collectively, the "Sites") ("website users");
  • receive marketing communications from ChatMamba.

Information We Collect And Receive

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Your role in your company

Payment Information

  • credit card information
  • billing and mailing addresses
  • other payment-related information

Usage Information

  • Services Metadata. When an Authorized User interacts with the Services, metadata is generated that provides additional context about the way Authorized Users work. For example, ChatMamba logs the Facebook Pages you linked, and what Third Party Services are used (if any).
  • Log data. As with most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Websites or Services and record it in log files. This log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, the date and time the Services were used, information about browser configuration and plugins, and cookie data.

Third Party Services

  • A Customer can choose to permit or restrict Third Party Services in ChatMamba. Typically, Third Party Services are software that integrate with our Services, and a Customer can enable and disable these integrations. For example, if Google Calendar is enabled to allow ChatMamba to create Google Calendar Events on Customer's behalf, we may receive the user name and email address of Authorized Users, along with additional information that the application has elected to make available to ChatMamba to facilitate the integration. Authorized Users should check the privacy settings and notices in these Third Party Services to understand what data may be disclosed to ChatMamba. When a Third Party Service is enabled, ChatMamba is authorized to connect and access Other Information made available to ChatMambain accordance with our agreement with the Third Party Provider and any permission(s) granted by Customer. We do not, however, receive or store passwords for any of these Third Party Services when connecting them to the Services.

Why We Request And How We Use Your Google Data

In order to provide a better user experience, ChatMamba may request to access your Google data or make changes to them. The scope that we requests are outlined below, along with the usage description:

  • Google Drive API (https://googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly)

    We are requesting to read your Google Drive files so that we can get the list of Google Spreadsheet that you have in order to create a Linked Form in ChatMamba Lead Extraction.

  • Google Sheets API (https://googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets)

    The Google Sheets API is required for ChatMamba to link between your Facebook Leadgen Form and Google Spreadsheet. Essentially, we will write to your Google Spreadsheet according to the settings provided by you whenever a new lead is generated from your Facebook Leadgen Form. ChatMamba will not update or delete any information inside your Spreadsheet.

  • Google Calendar API (https://googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events)

    In ChatMamba Team Management, we offer the feature to create a Google Calendar Event that involves you and your customer on your behalf, whenever the required condition is met. ChatMamba may also update or delete the corresponding Event based on the changes you made in ChatMamba. For more information, refer to this article.

Why We Request And How We Use Your Facebook Data

In order to provide a better user experience, ChatMamba may request to access your Facebook data. The data that we collect is outlined below, along with the usage description:

  • Facebook name, email address

    We store your Facebook name and email address so that you can easily recognize what account did you linked with ChatMamba.

  • Facebook Leadgen Forms Questions

    One of the products we offer, Facebook Leads Extraction, requires us to store your Facebook Leadgen Form Questions in our system, in order to properly extract the data write to another place, including Google Spreadsheet, Telegram, and email, according to your settings.

  • Facebook Leadgen Forms Test Leads

    In order to provide a good experience, we allow you to create a test lead from our website to test the settings you have configured. In this case, we will create a test lead in the Facebook Leadgen Form you selected, and store the created lead details in our system, for you to cross-check if everything was extracted correctly.

  • Facebook Page Access Token

    Our products mainly work behind the scenes, reactive to events when something of your concern happens on Facebook, like when a customer signs up to your Leadgen Ads, or when someone comments on your Facebook Page Post. In this case, we need a long-lived access token to access your data on your behalf, while everything works in the background.

  • Facebook Page Posts Details

    One of the products we offer, Facebook Comment Autoreply, requires us to store your Facebook Page posts data, including IDs and post descriptions, in our system, in order to correctly reply to comments according to your settings.

We post Facebook Page comment and Messenger Private messages (PM) when the user's setting condition is met.

Age Limitations

To the extent prohibited by applicable law, ChatMamba does not allow the use of our Services and Websites by anyone younger than 16 years old. If you learn that anyone younger than 16 has unlawfully provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

ChatMamba may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our services or business. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, ChatMamba will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Services. If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should deactivate your Services account. Contact the Customer if you wish to request the removal of Personal Data under their control.
