Do you offer any trial period for Premium Plan?
Yes. When you subscribe your Facebook Page to Premium Plan for the first time, the plan also includes a free 14 days trial.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period, but will not be renewed. See our full refund policy here.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill. For more information, see this article.
Do you offer any discount?

When do I get billed?
We charge you when you activate your subscription, and during the start of each new subscription period.

I have more than 1 Facebook page. How many subscriptions do I need?
Our Premium Plan charges on a per page basis, this means that for every page you wish to go beyond Free Plan, you'd have to subscribe separately. Each subscription can have different plan combination, depending on your need for the page.
