An active user is a user that uses the system in a particular billing cycle, as determined by our system, according to our fair billing policy. For example, if you have 100 users in your CRM, but only 50 are using the system, we will only charge you for the price of 50.

Do you have free trial?

Yes. We offer a 14 days trial after setting up your organization for you and your team to try out.

Is there any other charges other than the monthly subscription fee?

While there aren't any maintenance or setup charges, we do charge for a highly customized solution that might only apply to your company, which will require a significant development time. Contact our sales team to know more about this.

Is there a minimum duration that my company has to subscribe to?

No. We charge you based on your monthly usage until the end of the month you decide to cancel the subscription.

What happens to my data after I unsubscribe?

We will not delete your data unless you explicitly request us to do so. You will still be able to access the data but will not be able to make any changes in the system.
